Some of you have asked me to post the recipe for my favorite shrimp dish, or wait- their favorite shrimp dish (by now). Anyone who visited me, most likely has tried this delicious fare.
So here it goes:
1 pound of medium-sized shrimp (deveined, tails off)
Dry-Rub:
1 TBS Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp cane or brown sugar
Sea Salt
1 tsp Avocado Oil
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry well. (this step is important; if the shrimp remains too moist the rub will not stick). Mix the dry ingredients with shrimp and coat well with your hands. (Spread the love). Heat non-stick pan with Avocado Oil over medium heat. Saute shrimp for 3-5 min until opaque overall.
I serve this over field greens or with some coconut rice or pineapple rice.
I promise you will be hooked! Enjoy!
Yours,
LuLu
